Lovely work. What tips can you recommend to someone who's interested to try adding color to her life drawings?

Honestly, I don't know. I mainly use colored pencil to do foundation sketches, then use graphite or ink over that.
For the more detailed drawings, I choose colors that correspond with the undertone of the model's skin, just way more saturated.

That was helpful. Thank you. Laying down the colors first makes more sense, since then it won't get mucky with graphite or ink. That is probably challenging to do without an underdrawing. I'll have to try it out. :)

Very beautiful. I've been thinking about taking life drawing classes to sharpen up on my anatomy skills, which are slowly deteriorating I think from not rendering actual human anatomy lately.

...Wow. You're amazing. I really like how you've captured the mood of each pose, even if it's not "finished".
This woman looks beautiful, and so do your drawings.

Why does one of the sketches look like she's holding a rifle?

Because she was holding a toy rifle ;D

Where'd you find the models to draw them?

The local visual arts association has open sessions on Mondays. Most of the models are also artists :3

I go to life drawing every week since Sept 2010. I have seen a remarkable improvement, but nothing like these of course . :\ But it is something I suggest to all artists.

Awesome! (: I wish there was a good way for me to practice life drawing besides staring at my foot/hand/face in the mirror. XD
