You don't see him look this 'soft' much at all.

Wound up redrawing most of two pages tonight. It's okay, they look EXPONENTIALLY better (and are more in character) now... consider me chastised.

TJ was supposed to have his arms behind his head for this whole scene, but I charged ahead without checking previous pages and wasted about 4 hours as a result.

I actually made the SAME continuity error in the original storyboard.

"Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice... we... we won't get fooled again."

I've been able to do that with some panels (just ones where the art was really bad)... but if they break story continuity, they have to be re-drawn D:

This is pretty awful by comparison (I just drew it 3 weeks ago, wtf), but I still like his expression

This is still a gorgeous image. Your pencil drawings in isolation always have so much energy, even if they weren't exactly consistent with what you already had.
