This may just be the stupidest thing I have ever drawn.
Drawn after rereading most of the Soul Society arc of Bleach.
It was a fun exercise in trying a different narrative style. Still, lesson learned: my writing + shonen manga layouts = utter disaster
Also: most useless shinigami ever y/y
His zanpakutou turns into an (empty) bong, and just sits there. That's it.

A small part of me is sad I don't actually get to see that sweet VW Microbus as his Bankai, but this comic was still funny. Maybe he could throw his shikai at his enemies; they'd be EXPECTING it to do something, making it the PERFECT DIVERSION.
