So, Shousetsu Bang Bang, a webzine for original slash fiction, is doing this... thing... for their 20th issue, where instead of illustrating preexisting stories, artists submit drawings, and then the writers pick one to draw a story from. Cool, huh?
I'm not a big fan of just drawing people standing there, so it's been a fun exercise to cook up one-shot original characters and put them in a very specific time and situation. The only restriction I put on these was they had to depict two men in a NON-romantic context. Because I like making things difficult for writers or something.
All quick sketches, about 30 minutes each, not counting scan and cleanup. Seems the more of these I draw, the further back in time they get. Fine by me.
The deadline isn't for another 6 days... hmm, what next?
